NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crow Wing Township Planning Commission will meet

at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Crow Wing Township Town Hall located at 6930

Cuyuna Ave SW, Brainerd, Minnesota to conduct a public hearing. The purpose of the public

hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested and to thereafter make recommendation

to the Town Board regarding the proposed ordinance amendments to the subdivision and land

use articles of Crow Wing Township.

Anyone desiring to be heard regarding the proposed ordinance amendments may speak during the

public hearing or send written comments to Crow Wing Township Town Hall (11039 Greenwood

Street, Brainerd, MN). A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available approximately one week

before the public hearing.

NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP OFFICERSAND ANNUAL TOWN MEETINGS

Notice is given to the qualified voters of the Township of Crow Wing, in the

county of Crow Wing and the State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of

officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. In

case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until

the third Tuesday in March.

The Polling Hours will be open from 2:00 pm TO 8:00 pm at the Crow Wing Town

Hall to elect 1 Supervisor (3-year term) and 1 Treasurer (2-year term).

The Board of Canvass will meet at 8:15 pm to certify the election. The

Annual Meeting, to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law, will

begin at 8:30 pm.

Absentee Voting is available from February 7, 2025, to March 10, 2025. Those

requesting absentee voting will need to contact the Clerk (218-822-3985) to

obtain a ballot application via mail. In person absentee voting will be

Saturday, March 8, 2025, 10:00 am to 12:00 (Noon) and the Annual Township

election and Meeting will be held at the Crow Wing Town Hall at the following
